Yatoon Pro includes a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases.

When refunds are available

Refunds may be approved when:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your first Yatoon Pro purchase.
  • Yatoon Pro cannot perform the advertised core booking function on a supported WordPress setup after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • You provide enough information for support to investigate, including WordPress version, PHP version, active theme, active plugins, screenshots, and relevant error messages.

When refunds are not guaranteed

  • The request is made after 14 days.
  • The issue is caused by unsupported custom code, server restrictions, caching configuration, theme conflicts, or third-party account limitations.
  • The plugin works as described but does not match a workflow preference that was not advertised.
  • You decline reasonable troubleshooting steps.
  • The purchase is a renewal and the plugin was previously used successfully.

Third-party costs

Yatoon is not responsible for fees charged by third-party services such as Square, Vagaro, Stripe, Twilio, Google, hosting providers, or email providers.

Effect of refunds

Approved refunds may revoke access to Pro downloads, Pro updates, license activation, and priority support.

How to request a refund

Contact support with your purchase email, license key or order ID, a short description of the issue, and any screenshots or error messages.
