These Terms govern your use of Yatoon plugins, Yatoon Pro products, and related services.
License and use
Yatoon WordPress plugins are distributed under the GPLv2 or later license unless otherwise stated. You may use the plugin according to that license.
Yatoon Pro purchases may include access to premium downloads, updates, license activation, and priority support for the license term purchased.
Your responsibilities
- Maintaining your WordPress site, hosting, backups, and security.
- Configuring the plugin correctly for your business.
- Testing booking, payment, reminder, and calendar workflows before accepting live customer bookings.
- Maintaining accounts with third-party providers such as Square, Vagaro, Stripe, Twilio, Google, hosting providers, and email providers.
Third-party services
Yatoon plugins may integrate with third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Yatoon is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account limitations, API changes, or data handling by third-party services.
Payments and renewals
Paid plans, renewals, taxes, invoices, and license management may be handled by our payment or licensing provider. Keep your billing information current to avoid interruption of Pro updates and support.
Refunds and support
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Support is handled according to our Support Policy.
No guarantee of availability
We work to keep Yatoon reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of your WordPress site, third-party services, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, or calendar sync.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yatoon is not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, data loss, business interruption, third-party service failures, or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Yatoon after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
